John Carrino – Chief Executive Officer
John Carrino, a lawyer by profession, currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Douglas Crouthers – SR. Vice President of Sales, International and Domestic
Douglas has experience in the Direct Response and Brand industries and has depth knowledge of the markets both domestically and internationally.
He has great experience in product development, sales, promotion, trade shows, campaign management and other ancillary functions. His contribution in forecasting, analyzing budgets, increasing sales channels from US/Canadian/United Kingdom and International Distribution through over 35 countries, as well as Live Home Shopping around the World is unmeasurable.
He builds new relationships and extend network of contacts and industry leaders developing a deep and lasting reputation and network of different clients.
Doug Crouthers joined Brand Street Market in December of 2019. Mr. Crouthers is responsible for managing all of the Company’s sales distribution channels, including international distributors in 65 countries as well as retail sales and live home shopping domestically and worldwide. Mr. Crouthers has over 30 years of sales experience with 24 years in the Direct/Brand Response Industry. He most recently worked with ICTV Brands for 6 years on multiple campaigns. He has also held the title of Vice-President of Teleservices at Irwin Naturals (Dual Action Cleanse) and of Vice-President of Sales at Tony Hoffman Productions (Bloussant). Doug earned a B.S. degree in Marketing and Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
Cynthia Ingua – International Sales Manager
Cynthia Ingua is BSM’s International Sales Manager, responsible for coordinating all sales activities in over 65 countries where the Company has distribution and licensing sales relationships. She is based in the Philippines.
Ms. Ingua graduated from New Era University with a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration. Her extensive sales experience and knowledge of management logistics has enabled her to expertly coordinate the needs of BSM and the international partnerships that the company has secured. She has a strong sales background in the direct response television industry, having worked in and managed sales for 10 years with a Direct Response company. She also has over 15 years of experience in international sales.
